Unlike classic cutting boards, cutting into end-grain wood allows for better shock absorption. The fibers naturally close after each cut, thus preserving the blade of your knives and the longevity of the board.

Treated with natural linseed oil, our board is ready for use and perfectly suited for food contact.

Each board is handcrafted, with particular attention paid to assembly, sanding, and finishing. Each piece is unique, as the wood grain naturally varies from one board to another

100% Solid Oak and Ash wood

• Clean with a damp sponge.
• If necessary, nourish with a cooking oil (sunflower, olive, etc.)
• Do not submerge in water.
• Never put in the dishwasher.
