Unlike classic boards, cutting into end-grain wood allows for better
shock absorption. The fibers naturally close up after each cut, thus preserving the blade of your knives and the longevity of the board.

Treated with natural linseed oil, our board is ready to use and perfectly suitable for food contact.

Each board is handmade, with particular attention paid to assembly, sanding, and finishing. Each piece is unique, as wood grain naturally varies from one board to another.

100% Solid oak

• Clean with a damp sponge.
• If necessary, nourish with a cooking oil (sunflower, olive, etc.)
• Do not immerse in water.
• Never put in the dishwasher.
